Welcome to CPTSD Warrior Healing Society

CPTSD Warrior Healing Society is an Indigenous-founded, survivor-led nonprofit in Lax Kxeen (Prince Rupert), British Columbia, Canada. Our mission is to provide free, trauma-informed education, resources, and support for people living with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD).

Our work is somatic, culturally grounded, and focused on making nervous system education and healing resources more accessible, especially for Indigenous people, families, communities, and the helping professionals who support them.
